Please allow us 1-5 business days to process your order.
Most items will arrive within 5-7 days of ordering, unless you live in a remote area.
Most of the time your order will ship before this date or on this date. If there is a certain time restriction you need your order by, please contact us so we can confirm it will make it in time.
We ship items via USPS.
The Dragon’s Mantle is not responsible for any additional customs charges when shipping internationally.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping charges are $10.00 per order.
Customer pick-up is available at no charge.

DISCRETE SHIPPING & PACKAGING
The Dragon’s Mantle offers discrete shipping and packaging. We will not display contents inside the box. Shipments typically arrive packaged a brown/white box or envelope.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless item arrives broken or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a product refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit, unless our fault.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
